Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with clients to understand crane service requirements and prepare customized proposals
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and conversions
- Collaborate with project teams to align sales commitments with operational capabilities
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation for service agreements
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and post-sales relationship management
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer-facing role
