Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system.
  • Coordinate closely with the production team to arrange and update daily production plans.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales and operational documentation.
  • Prepare and generate accurate reports for sales and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse staff to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in the Bedok area.
