Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of electrical components.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and shipping documents with high attention to detail.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery or stock-related issues promptly.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
