Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry to final delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of electrical components.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and shipping documents with high attention to detail.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery or stock-related issues promptly.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and global suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in the electronics or electrical components industry is highly advantageous.
