Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update freight rate structures across multiple trade lanes
- Coordinate with international agents and partners for operational efficiency
- Prepare and deliver customized quotations aligned with client requirements
- Execute indoor sales strategies to expand client portfolio
- Provide end-to-end customer support for shipment inquiries and documentation
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure service level compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical mindset for rate management
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping documentation preferred
