In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients and internal departments. You will ensure that our sales processes run seamlessly, from initial inquiry to final order fulfillment. We are looking for someone with a 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms promptly.
  • Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with precise customer information and sales records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to address supply availability.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and supporting documentation for management review.
  • Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
