Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and contracts
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and CRM management
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely product availability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
