Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule internal sales meetings and manage executive calendars effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, bridging the gap between sales staff and other departments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations to management.
  • Liaise with external clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and internal correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets through efficient administrative support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
