Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule internal sales meetings and manage executive calendars effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, bridging the gap between sales staff and other departments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations to management.
- Liaise with external clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and internal correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets through efficient administrative support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
