Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate between sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication and relationship management
- Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate customer databases
- Prepare sales reports, contracts, and documentation with attention to detail
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing materials
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
