Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting potential clients and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and send professional quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate sales activities, including meetings, follow-ups, and project coordination.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process sales orders and manage administrative tasks related to the sales cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of GCE 'O' Level or ITE qualification; relevant diploma holders are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer service principles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude towards learning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid Singapore driving license is preferred for client visits.
