In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure high client retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparations
- Process client orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of recruitment solutions
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to match candidate profiles with client requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Support the development of account strategies and contribute to business growth plans
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
