Sigma Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Kota Damansara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that our clients receive accurate information, timely quotations, and seamless service.

You will work closely with our sales team and suppliers to manage the end-to-end processing of enquiries. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to bridge the gap between customer needs and operational delivery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and process incoming customer sales enquiries with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform product sourcing to ensure competitive pricing and availability for various industrial requirements.
  • Prepare and issue timely quotations to clients, ensuring all technical specifications and terms are clearly outlined.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to monitor lead times, stock levels, and order fulfillment status.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and sales records in the internal system.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations to track sales progress and address any potential client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules for confirmed orders.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic CRM knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data accuracy.
