You will handle local and export sales support, manage customs clearance procedures, and coordinate complex logistics activities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate end-to-end sales orders for both local and export markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Liaise closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and shipping procedures.
  • Monitor shipment progress, track delivery status, and proactively resolve any logistics delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales orders, inventory levels, and delivery logs within the system.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, updating pricing, and providing regular follow-ups to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, export administration, or logistics support is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation requirements and Malaysian customs regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
