Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the company ERP system.
- Handle customer inquiries, product information requests, and order status updates promptly.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery orders with high attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels and production timelines to prevent backlogs or stock-outs.
- Assist the sales team in preparing reports and analyzing sales performance data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator in the Manufacturing or Production industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
