Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to contract finalization and post-sales support.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within the maritime and shipping sectors.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, sales pipelines, and interaction logs.
- Prepare sales quotations, service proposals, and presentation materials for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal departmentsâincluding logistics, technical engineering, and operationsâto ensure seamless project delivery.
- Assist in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts regarding maritime decarbonisation.
- Assist in the organization and execution of industry exhibitions, webinars, and client networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in the marine or industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex energy solutions clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for sustainability and green energy technologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with an existing network or understanding of the Singapore maritime community will have a distinct advantage.
