Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales order processing, including quotation preparation and issuance of invoices.
- Liaise closely with internal departments and external marine clients to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales databases using CRM software.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and administrative documentation for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and feedback effectively, maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track marine equipment shipments and stock levels.
- Provide operational support to Sales Managers during negotiations and contract preparation.
- Ensure compliance with marine industry standards and company internal policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or the marine/logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience with ERP systems is considered a significant advantage.
