Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor and audit store performance across Metro Manila and Rizal.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify opportunities for increasing sales and improving retail operations.
- Provide support to retail partners to ensure monthly sales quotas are achieved consistently.
- Facilitate smooth and professional communication between retail clients and internal management.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports based on field observations.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues encountered in the field.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and merchandising strategies at the store level.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, field operations, or account management is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Metro Manila and Rizal Province.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
