Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end sales process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing timely updates and professional correspondence.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to track lead progress and sales activity metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentation materials for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Manage administrative workflows to streamline sales operations and improve overall team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage international stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a remote/offshore work environment.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience working in a consultancy environment is highly regarded.
