Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales support and customer excellence? Our growing Proactive Sales Centre team in the heart of Orchard is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing department.

In this role, you will act as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that the Proactive Sales team has the administrative support and infrastructure needed to convert leads into long-term partnerships. You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, coordinating workflows, and managing sales data to ensure seamless service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through exceptional organizational skills.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Proactive Sales team, including lead tracking and document preparation.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure all client records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance summaries for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the overall service experience.
  • Monitor sales pipeline health to ensure no leads are left unattended or delayed.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for our diverse client base).
