In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our sales activities in the region, ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team, management, and clients. As the Sales Coordinator for Region VIII, you will be responsible for supporting the regional sales manager in achieving monthly targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, helping to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily sales activities and schedules for the Region VIII sales team to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for regional management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market penetration in the Leyte area.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure all leads are properly tracked and followed up.
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments to resolve issues and address feedback promptly.
  • Organize and attend sales meetings, product demonstrations, and regional promotional events as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a sales-related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel within Region VIII as needed.
