Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all sales operational activities to ensure smooth execution across the region.
- Manage relationships with Modern Trade (MT) outlets to ensure high product visibility and availability.
- Oversee and support distributor networks to meet sales targets and distribution goals.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities in retail spaces.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar retail operations role.
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade (MT) and Distributor management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
