Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process, from inquiry handling to order fulfillment and documentation.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met and schedules are managed effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and tender documents for potential clients.
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the logistics and scheduling of product deliveries and system installations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
- Understanding of System Integration or technical sales processes is an added advantage.
