In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales activity, bridging the gap between strategy and execution to ensure our Ethical, Medical, and Consumer product lines consistently exceed regional performance targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Samarinda rayon to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure peak productivity and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and monitor competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and pharmacy partners in the region.
  • Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable reports for upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for product distribution, promotion, and brand representation.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and marketing departments to ensure optimal stock availability and promotional support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales supervisory or coordinator role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building winning sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel and work effectively within the assigned Samarinda territory.
  • Strong understanding of Ethical/Medical product distribution processes is a significant advantage.
