Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales representatives and distributors to meet sales goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.
- Support the marketing team in implementing promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of sales distribution processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage sales data entry, reporting, and analysis to track performance.
- Act as a liaison between sales team, distributors, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the development of promotional strategies and materials.
- Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales distribution processes and business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
