Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively prospect for new clients and expand the company's market reach within Jakarta.
  • Conduct thorough property viewings and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of clients and partners to ensure a steady pipeline of sales.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements effectively and maximize revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the property or real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a competitive market.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
