Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect for new clients and expand the company's market reach within Jakarta.
- Conduct thorough property viewings and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of clients and partners to ensure a steady pipeline of sales.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements effectively and maximize revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the property or real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a competitive market.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
