In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing a robust sales network across various channels, including Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), Distributor networks, and Retail outlets. You will serve as the bridge between our company and our partners, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
Your day-to-day will involve identifying high-potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, identify gaps in the market, and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs. What You Will Do:
- Develop and manage the sales network through key channels including Horeca, Distributor, and Retail outlets.
- Identify and acquire new business partners to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the food industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasting data.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote product launches.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales within the FMCG or Food industry.
- Strong understanding of Horeca, Distribution, and Retail channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM A).
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
