Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed product information for motorcycles and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per customer interaction
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure inventory displays are attractive and organized
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with interaction details
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
