Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the sales counter area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge retention and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work on a contract basis and flexible shift hours.
- Proactive, target-driven, and highly disciplined.
- Proficiency in local language; fluency in Indonesian is essential.
