Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information about eyeglass frames, lenses, contact lenses, and other optical products
- Process customer transactions, including payments and insurance claims, with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with optometrists and other staff to ensure seamless customer service
- Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or healthcare is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
