Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the sales counter
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily sales reports
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Ensure the sales counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
- Prior experience in direct sales, retail, or MLM is highly valued
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
