Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and assist them in finding the right investment products.
- Appraise and assess the value of gold, jewelry, and other precious items accurately.
- Process sales transactions and loan agreements efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter display at all times.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Follow all company security and compliance protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational degree (SMK) in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Honest, trustworthy, and possess a high level of integrity when handling valuable assets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure calmly.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computer systems.
