Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and transactions at the sales counter
- Process orders and provide product demonstrations for food/packaging machinery
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and solutions
- Support inventory management for counter display products
- Generate daily sales reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of industrial machinery is advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English comprehension
