Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their optical needs, and recommending suitable eyewear solutions
- Conduct accurate frame adjustments and basic eye measurements to ensure optimal fit and comfort
- Manage sales transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with optometrists to support comprehensive eye examinations and product recommendations
- Ensure sales counter area is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Stay updated on new optical products, promotions, and industry trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic knowledge of optical products and eye care principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems
- Willingness to undergo product training and certification programs
