Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with frame selection and lens recommendations based on their vision needs and preferences
- Conduct accurate eye measurements and ensure proper fitting of eyewear
- Provide product knowledge and information on various optical products, materials, and technologies
- Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep the sales counter area organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Stay updated on the latest optical products, trends, and technologies
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in optical sales is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and transactions
