Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultation on eyewear products, lenses, and frame selection
- Conduct precise eye measurements and frame adjustments for optimal fit
- Process customer transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Actively cross-sell complementary products (contact lenses, accessories)
- Manage inventory and display maintenance at the sales counter
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with optometrists to support comprehensive eye care services
- Contribute to store sales targets through upselling and customer retention
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; optical/retail certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of optical products and lens technology
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with precise measurement capabilities
- Positive attitude with customer-centric problem-solving approach
