Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and transactions at the sales counter
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations for Yamaha motorcycles
- Process sales orders, financing applications, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
