Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide product knowledge recommendations to maximize upselling opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professional problem-solving skills
- Manage cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation of sales reports
- Maintain organized counter displays and promotional materials
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service role
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling capabilities
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid cashier certification preferred
