As a Sales Counter professional, you will manage daily floor operations, assist with product inquiries, and drive sales targets through professional engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure the sales floor, shelves, and counter areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the store management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- A positive, energetic, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS systems.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual tasks related to store upkeep.
