Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customer accounts, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including conceptualization, design review, mass production, and post-delivery support.
- Prepare comprehensive technical quotations, cost analyses, and project timelines for new and existing programs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to meet rigorous project milestones.
- Monitor and report on project profitability, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve technical issues and engineering changes promptly to minimize production delays.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand future requirements and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all project documentation and compliance standards are met according to ISO and industry-specific regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, program engineering, or technical sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and complex engineering specifications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, assembly, or electronics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Project Management software (e.g., MS Project).
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
