Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their specific jewelry needs and preferences.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding jewelry specifications, pricing, and current promotions.
- Maintain the visual appeal of jewelry displays to ensure they meet company merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a smooth and satisfying service experience.
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and security.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
