- Greet and welcome customers warmly in the premium Orchard showroom, ensuring a high-end customer journey.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Origin Sleep mattresses, pillows, and sleep technology to potential buyers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their specific sleep needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers in the selection process, answering queries regarding product materials, durability, and care.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow up with interested leads via phone or email to convert inquiries into completed sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom floor at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment and standing for extended periods.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations and email correspondence.
