Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1-2 years customer service or sales support experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications

- Customer-oriented mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
