Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large volumes of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards using Excel
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, reporting on progress against targets
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in sales operations
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and territory planning
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
Kualifikasi
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Previous experience in a sales support or analytics role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
