- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection across all channels.
- Generate regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasting models to better predict quarterly and annual targets.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by auditing data sources and cleaning datasets as necessary.
- Identify customer behavior patterns to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.
