- Develop and maintain automated sales analytics dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Analyze complex order data to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and revenue leakage points
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design data-driven strategies for territory expansion
- Create predictive models for sales forecasting and customer lifetime value analysis
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Present analytical insights to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects supporting business initiatives and market entry strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP) and order-to-cash processes
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with predictive analytics techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level executives
- Knowledge of APAC market dynamics and B2B sales cycles in ICT infrastructure
