In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales targets and inventory requirements, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Demand and Supply Specialist, you will dive deep into sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to produce accurate customer and product forecasts. Your insights will directly influence our purchasing decisions and inventory management strategies, helping us maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels at identifying bottlenecks in the forecasting process and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end demand planning process by analyzing historical sales data and market trends.
- Produce accurate customer and product forecasts to support purchasing and inventory decisions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of forecasting models and reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to align supply with demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts based on real-time business changes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly demand reports and presentations for management review.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or sales operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
