Dekoruma is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Sales Design Advisor to join our team at our Dekoruma Experience Center in Jabodetabek. As a Sales Design Advisor, you are the face of our brand, helping customers bring their dream homes to life through our curated furniture and design services.
In this role, you will not just be selling products; you will be providing personalized interior solutions to our clients. You will guide customers through our experience centers, assist with space planning, and ensure a seamless buying journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage customers at the Dekoruma Experience Center to understand their home furnishing needs.
- Provide expert product recommendations and design advice based on customer lifestyle and space requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for furniture and interior design packages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively explain the features and benefits of Dekoruma items.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders through our internal sales system.
- Coordinate with the interior design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of customer orders.
- Maintain the aesthetic standards and cleanliness of the Experience Center displays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Interior Design or Marketing background is a plus).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or interior design consultancy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Passionate about home décor, furniture trends, and interior design.
- Target-oriented and motivated to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital point-of-sale systems.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate retail hours.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
