As a Sales Design Advisor, you are the face of our brand. You will not just sell furniture; you will act as a consultant, helping our customers transform their living spaces into comfortable, functional, and aesthetic homes. By combining your passion for home decor with excellent sales techniques, you will provide a unique shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back.

Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their home design needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on Dekoruma's furniture and decor collections.
- Assist customers in space planning and product selection to ensure a perfect fit for their homes.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to closing and after-sales support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment according to Dekoruma’s brand standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer outreach and high-quality service.
- Utilize the internal POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any major (Design or Marketing background is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a related customer-facing role.
- Passionate about interior design, home decor, and current lifestyle trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target-oriented and motivated to exceed performance goals.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
