Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and present design proposals that align with client needs and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative solutions meet client expectations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on design trends
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project timelines for client approval
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in design or creative industries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design understanding and sales acumen
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma)
- Ability to translate technical design concepts into client-friendly language
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
