As a Sales Designer, you will be the face of our company, guiding clients from their initial dream concept to the final handover. You will leverage your design expertise to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while utilizing your sales acumen to drive business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and lifestyle needs.
- Create compelling space planning solutions and conceptual design proposals using industry-standard software.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead follow-up to closing contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the construction and project management teams to ensure design intent is realized.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations, project timelines, and material schedules.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and construction technology.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design sales or a similar design-and-build role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or V-Ray.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Valid knowledge of local building codes and design standards in Singapore is highly advantageous.
