Are you a creative professional with a flair for sales? J&J Global Lifestyle Corp. is seeking a talented Sales Designer/Executive to join our expanding team in Cebu City. In this role, you will bridge the gap between interior design and consultative sales, helping clients transform their living spaces with our premium modular cabinets and bespoke whole-house solutions.
We are looking for an individual who is not just a salesperson, but a trusted advisor. You will guide clients through the design process, understanding their lifestyle needs, recommending functional layouts, and closing sales by providing top-tier service. Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences, functional requirements, and budget for home improvement projects.
- Create innovative design concepts and space-planning solutions for modular cabinets and whole-house systems.
- Present detailed quotations and proposals to prospective clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure technical feasibility of design layouts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and consultation to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the internal design and installation teams to ensure the final output meets quality standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog, materials, and current home design trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, construction, or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling tools) is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Cebu City.
